Parent-Teacher interviews are scheduled to take place on Tuesday 3 May from 12 pm to 6 pm.

Please note that this is a half-day for all students, and we ask that you arrange to collect your child from school at 11.30 am on this day.

The booking platform will give you the choice of selecting either a face-to-face or a remote Webex meeting. Interviews are strictly 10 minutes and spaces are limited. You will be able to book a meeting with your child's classroom teacher and, depending on availability, any of your child's specialist teachers. If you are booking an appointment with a specialist teacher (Art, Music, French, PhysEd, EAL/D) please email (applecross.ps@education.wa.edu.au) any queries/concerns/information you may wish to discuss with that teacher prior to the meeting.

• Enter your details
• Select the teachers you wish to see
• Select the appointment times that suit your family best

When you click FINISH, your selected bookings will be emailed to you immediately. If you do not receive your email, please check your junk mail, or enter the event code again and check your email address spelling. Update your details if the email address is incorrect. DO NOT DELETE the email you receive. PLEASE KEEP THE eMAIL SOMEWHERE SAFE 

Please note that if you have selected to meet remotely via Webex, you will need to download the Webex App to your mobile device prior to the meeting, and follow the onscreen instructions at the time of your meeting.  You will need the confirmation email to join the meeting by clicking on 'join video-conference' link at the time of your meeting.

REMEMBER TO ADD YOUR APPOINTMENTS TO YOUR CALENDAR - reminders will not be sent home.

Bookings must be finalised by midday on Monday 2 May.

If you need to view, cancel, change or print your bookings:

• Click on the link in the confirmation email you received after you made your bookings
• OR return to www.schoolinterviews.com.au and enter the code and the email address you used when making your bookings.
