Visual Arts and Music

The Arts program at Applecross is designed to encourage imagination, creativity, curiosity and problem-solving.  Students respond to the arts by working with the elements and utilizing a variety of skills, techniques and processes.  Opportunities exist to engage with the arts in the community through performances and exhibitions.

The Arts curriculum is written on the basis that all students will study at least two Arts subjects from Pre-primary to the end of Year 8.  It is a requirement that students study a performance subject and a visual subject.  The Arts program at Applecross Primary provides a Visual Arts and Music program.
