Attached below is the schedule for the Applecross Primary School Athletics Carnival.
Day 1 is Jumps, Throws and 400m and only children in these championship events will be competing. However, all students from Years 3-6 will come out to watch the 400m at the conclusion of Day 1.
Day 2 is our main carnival day where all children will be competing in lots of different events including sprints, tabloid games and team games. If you can only get to one of the days, Day 2 (Friday) would be the best day to see your child in many different activities.
Please see the schedule below for times for both days. The times below are estimated times only and we will not be able to tell you exactly when your child is competing. Where possible, if we are running ahead of schedule, times may be moved slightly forward in case of any inclement weather later in the day. Please allow for this if you intend to watch your child’s event and arrive well before their scheduled start time. All events will take place on the school oval on both days.
